Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To process your refund successfully, it may take anywhere between 24 hours to 20 days..

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Depending upon the nature and size of the delivery, it can take 3-7 business days locally. For international deliveries, it can take anywhere between 7-20 business days. Also the time taken is subjected to availability of the product in our stock. So please bear with us. Your order will be soon on your door-front, even if it's taking a little longer than promised.
